Helen has an extensive background in health and social care, with a deep understanding of what truly makes a difference to individuals and families.

With years of hands-on experience supporting people in community settings, Helen is dedicated to delivering care that is person-centred, respectful and tailored to each individual’s needs. She has a natural ability to build trust and meaningful relationships, ensuring that those in our care feel comfortable, understood and valued.

Helen leads on care delivery, ensuring that every service we provide reflects our core values of kindness, dignity and consistency.

Adam Smith

Clinical Director

Adam brings a wealth of frontline medical experience to Exe Valley Home Care. As an experienced paramedic and critical care practitioner, he has spent years delivering high-pressure, life-saving care in complex and unpredictable environments.

His clinical expertise ensures that our care is not only compassionate, but also safe, responsive and informed by the highest standards of practice. Adam is particularly passionate about delivering high-quality care at home, helping individuals maintain independence while receiving the support they need.

His calm, reassuring presence and commitment to excellence underpin the clinical integrity of everything we do.

Director of Operations

Beth brings strong leadership, organisation and innovation to the team. With over a decade of professional experience in education and leadership, she has a proven track record of building systems, leading teams and creating high-quality, people-focused environments.

Beth is passionate about creating a service that families can truly rely on , one that is not only efficient and professional, but also warm, welcoming and forward-thinking. She plays a key role in shaping the vision of Exe Valley Home Care, ensuring the service remains responsive, modern and deeply rooted in community values.
